Available to let Unit 68A is 456 sq ft large, light and airy unit with windows overlooking John Street and a private entrance shared with one other unit, 68B (Digital Logica). It’s location is marked by the arrow in image below!
It has a small kitchen area (made by felllow tenant Fallen Giants) and shared toilet - both are kept clean by a weekly visit from the building’s cleaners.
It costs £550 per month to rent. This includes connection to the building’s super fast leased line - you just need to bring your wifi or ether net connection to plug you in to our network.

Tenants pay their own business rates - you’ll need to register with the council who will give you 100% off at the moment if you are eligible for Small Business Rates relief
Electricity - there’s a shared electricity supply and a meter for this unit which you can keep tabs on your electricity usage. You send us your monthly meter readings and get billed for your usage in your unit
You can join the Harland Works friendly WhatsApp group - a shared group of over 20 small businesses which can be handy if you are looking for a hand/idea/suggestion with something
