We have a fabulous cleaner at Harland Works. Lee came to us via the cleaning contract that we have with the social enterprise Just Works. In this interview Terry, the manager for Just Works, and Lee talk about how Just Works aims to provide stable employment opportunities for people who’ve previously use the services of the Cathedral Archer Project for homeless people.
