For those of us who do our own return, January can be a bit of a dreaded month as it’s when you finally have to come to grips with the income and expenses of your business through the year. If you would like some suggestions on simple systems to help you keep your books in order - in less than 20 minutes a week - then I’d like to introduce you to Rosie.

Rosie is an accountant who runs Wilkins & Co Accountancy. She specialises in working with small businesses - and knows all about the sorts of pickles we can get ourselves into if we don’t keep our books in order through the year.

Over the years she has developed a simple system to help her customers keep their books in order - and recently she was kind enough to talk us through it on our facebook page.
