John St Kitchen invite you to join Dark Woods Coffee's Head of Training Tom Wilkinson for an evening dedicated to exploring the world of coffee. Learn about species and variety, processing techniques, flavour profiles and descriptions, as well as coffee bean characteristics. You will get to sample and learn about a variety of different beans in a special 'cupping' session. This workshop will help you to identify your coffee bean preferences and you will learn more about how to get the best from the beans you buy in future. A range of coffee beans will be available for purchase at the workshop.
