Harland Works is a converted steel works which now houses over 20 owner-led small businesses. Our units range from 150 sq feet to 1600 sq ft in size and have been adapted to suit a large range of small businesses: @zagyoga has a lovely yoga studio here on the top floor and @sincerelylouise has the neighbouring top floor unit for an amazing knitting studio. We also have animation space just off the courtyard run by @flycheese; Blue Elephant Pottery has created a pottery above them, and their neighbour-across-the-courtyard is @fallengiants furniture workshop. We have spaces used for counselling, art, product design, architecture and bow-making too. ⠀

If you have a small business that's looking for a new home get in touch with us at info@harlandworks.co.uk and we will add you to our mailing list for updates on upcoming units. Although units tend to go very quickly when they do come up, we also try to make sure to add them to the website so it's worth keeping an eye on that. We also tend to let our exiting tenants know first - so if you know one of them already, asking them to let you know is a good move. ⠀
